The Erasmus University has started a partnership with The Social Hub (formerly known as The Student Hotel) and we have reserved 200 rooms for our first year International Bachelor, Master and exchange students.
The Social Hub is located in an accessible location convenient for Erasmus University students. You will have a fully-furnished room, private bathroom, shared or own kitchenette and spaces to work and relax, gym use, free bikes, laundry, 24-hour security…, everything you need to learn, stay, work and play. Registration at the town hall is possible.
When?
The booking of the reserved EUR rooms at TSH will start on: Wednesday 15 May 2024 at 12 noon CEST (Dutch time).
As of then you can find the University group code on this webpage in the topic “Room rates and rental periods”
You can already book rooms at TSH before 15 May 2024 without a code but those rooms are not part of the partnership agreement of EUR. You cannot receive any discount later when you have booked a non-EUR room.
How?
1. Go to: https://www.thesocialhub.co/rotterdam/stay/student-stay/
2. Choose: Check availability & prices
3. Enter the University group code, which you can find below in the part “Room rates and rental periods”. (codes will be added on 15 May at noon
4. Continue and select your room.
5. Complete booking.
6. The Social Hub will send your application to Erasmus University to verify your registration. So make sure you meet the allocation criteria before booking!
7. The Social Hub will confirm your booking.
The registration for Spring 2025 Exchange students will start in November 2024. The exact date will be added to this webpage around September 2024.

- you are going to start your first year at EUR;
- you don't have the Dutch nationality;
- you are new to the Netherlands, you have not completed your prior education in the Netherlands, and you currently live abroad;
- you are (conditionally) accepted to your study programme;
- you are not older than 30 years.
