The Social Hub

The Social Hub is located in an accessible location convenient for Erasmus University students. Students will have a fully-furnished room, private bathroom, shared or own kitchenette and spaces to work and relax, gym use, free bikes, laundry, 24-hour security, everything you need to learn, stay, work and play.

The Erasmus University has reserved 200 rooms for our first year International bachelor, master and exchange students.

When?

The rooms for Bachelor and Master students are fully booked but for our Spring exchange students we have 37 rooms available.

Please note that the 37 rooms are only available to Spring semester exchange students. Any bookings made by other students will be cancelled.

The booking of the reserved EUR rooms at TSH for Spring semester exchange students will start on: Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 12:00 PM noon CEST (Dutch time).

As of then you can find the University group code on this webpage in the topic “Room rates and rental periods”

You can already book rooms at TSH before this date without a code but those rooms are not part of the partnership agreement of EUR. You cannot receive any discount later when you have booked a non-EUR room.

To prevent their booking websites from crashing due to high traffic, each code will only be open for a limited time. So if between 12 PM and 1 PM on 21 October the booking code doesn’t work or you receive the message that there are no more rooms available, please check it again 10 minutes later. After 10 minutes the booking code will be available again.

How?

Go to the website of The Social Hub.
Choose: Check availability & prices.
Enter the University group code, which you can find below in the section "Room rates and rental periods".
Continue and select your room.
Complete your reservation.
At the final step, you will be directed to a confirmation page indicating that your booking is not finalized until the deposit payment has been completed.
You will receive a payment link and have 24 hours to pay the required deposit.
Once the deposit has been paid, your booking will be confirmed by The Social Hub.
After your booking has been confirmed, Erasmus University will verify whether you meet the allocation criteria. Please make sure you meet all allocation criteria before making a reservation, as your booking will be cancelled if you do not meet the eligibility requirements. Please note that the 37 rooms are only available to Spring semester exchange students. Any bookings made by other students will be cancelled.

You are going to start your first year and study at EUR;
You don't have the Dutch nationality (a dual-citizenship including the Dutch nationality means not eligible);
You have not completed your prior education in the Netherlands, and you currently live abroad;
You are (conditionally) accepted to your study programme;
You are not older than 30 years.*
You are a Spring semester exchange student

*If a student is 30 years old at the start of the academic year, they remain eligible. However, if they turn 31 before the academic year begins, they are not eligible.
