Van der Goot Building houses a number of lecture theatres, teaching rooms and study areas. ESHCC, EQI BV and Erasmus Academy are also based here.

Entrances
The entrance consists of two small turnstile doors. The paving leading to the entrances is sloped, so it is best to use the turnstile on the right.

About the person after whom it is named: Willemien van der Goot (1897–1989)
An alumna and the first doctoral candidate at the Nederlandsche Handels-Hoogeschool, the oldest predecessor of the EUR. She was also the first woman in the Netherlands to be awarded a doctorate in economics.
