Learn to apply complementary colors and mix color gradations, with freedom to choose your own subject and explore your ideas.
Complementary colors are colors that enhance each other. You can see this in paintings, but also in interiors and clothing. At the same time, these colors can be used to mix shadows or to make a color less bright.
During this workshop, you will paint with acrylics. You are free to choose your subject. If you’re not sure what to create, we will provide inspiration to get you started.
The challenge: blending color gradients with acrylic paint.
We provide the materials.
Teacher: Jolanda Linssen, visual artist and a teacher of visual arts in drawing, painting, and graphic techniques.
