This title provides an integrated overview of the system of sanctioning tax fraud. The dual system of tax law enforcement, the way in which the concept of tax fraud translates into offences and the possible sanctions are all given ample attention. Moreover, the current system is critically considered and evaluated.
Due to corona, the PhD defences do not take place publicly in the usual way in the Senate Hall or in the Professor Andries Querido Room. The candidates will defend their dissertation either in a small group or online.
