During Psychedelics For All? Joost Breeksema will tell us all about the research that is being done on these illicit substances. How far are we in the medicinal applicability of drugs? Will we all take MDMA in the future to deal with mental problems? And: How do you research illicit substances in a safe and responsible way?
Dr. Joost Breeksema is a postdoctoral researcher at the University Medical Center Groningen, where he focuses on qualitative research exploring patient experiences with psychedelic treatments. He also serves as director of the OPEN Foundation, an independent organization dedicated to advancing the safe and responsible integration of psychedelic-assisted therapies into mental healthcare.
