During this workshop you will discover how to capture the smallest beauty around you – with only your smartphone and a macro lens attachment: dewdrops on a leaf, the rhythm of veins, the calyx of a flower or the structure of moss.
The workshop will take place in Botanical Garden Trompenburg, opposite the Woudestein/EUR campus.

What can you expect?
• Playing with perspective: how do you see more by looking differently?
• Macro photography with your smartphone: tips for using a macro lens attachment that you can borrow.
• Composition & light: simple techniques to make your photos more powerful.
• Stop & wonder: because good photos start with looking carefully.
• Creative post-processing with the Snapseed app.

For whom?
For students who need peace, creativity and contact with nature and want to learn more about photography. No experience required – just a curious eye and a charged smartphone.

What do you bring?
• Your smartphone with the app Snapseed installed.
• Possibly: power bank, water bottle, notebook
