Symphony of Dots – Art Workshop

Get inspired by pointillism: painting with dots and short brushstrokes, placing colors next to each other so that they blend optically in the viewer’s eye and form a vibrant, colorful composition.

The week before the workshop, we will visit the exhibition Symphony of Colors at Kunsthal Rotterdam, where you can see Signac’s work – including Le Port de Rotterdam – up close.

But you are also very welcome to join if you haven’t seen the exhibition: we will explain the basic principles of pointillism and guide you step by step towards creating your own ‘Signac’.
