This summer, most PCs in the University Library will be replaced with monitors featuring USB-C connections. This will allow you to easily connect your own device to a second screen.
Please note: During this upgrade, not all study spaces will be available. See the schedule below for affected areas:
- Monday, July 7 to Thursday, July 10
- No study spaces available on +1 Yellow
- No PC study spaces available on +1 Blue
- Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11
- No study spaces available on 0 Orange
- Wednesday, July 9 to Saturday, July 12
- No study spaces available on -1 Light Blue
- No PC study spaces available on -1 Purple
The study spaces will be released for reservation and use as soon as possible.
In total, 179 PCs (including keyboards and mice) will be removed. These will be replaced with USB-C monitors to better support students’ preference for using their own devices.
There will still be 20 study spaces with a PC, keyboard, and mouse available for students who prefer or need them.
