Societies in Crisis: Humanitarian Action and Policy Responses
What is the pre-master's programme about?
If you're not eligible to follow a master's in Public Administration, you can opt to do a pre-master's first. In this one-year pre-master's programme (in the Dutch language), you will learn to analyse societal issues from a multidisciplinary perspective. You will develop knowledge of policy and management within public administration. You will take core courses from the bachelor's programme of Public Administration to fill gaps in your knowledge. This will enable you to commence a master's programme in Public Administration (e.g. Societies in Crisis: Humanitarian Action and Policy Responses) afterwards.
Who is it for?
This programme is devised for students with a wide range of interests who are particularly interested in learning more about public administration. Eligible students are people with a Dutch hbo degree or a bachelor's degree (not in Public Administration) who wish to pursue a master's degree in Public Administration. Please be aware that extra entrance requirements exist for the English master's programmes in Public Administration.
