To further stimulate and reward PhD research, the Erasmus Graduate School of Social Sciences and the Humanities (EGS3H) invites its over 300 PhD candidates and recent graduates to submit their work for the "Graduate School Award for PhD Excellence".
There are four categories in which PhD candidates can submit their work: best poster presentation, conference paper, article or chapter, and dissertation. The winners of these categories receive a small sum of money and a certificate honouring their achievement.
All independent PhD work of candidates associated with the Graduate School that was presented or published in 2015 is eligible for submission. However, the PhD candidate’s supervisor should part of one of the Graduate School faculties or institutions.
