On Thursday 21 April 2016, ISS professor A.H.J.(Bert) Helmsing held his valedictory lecture entitles 'How to value chains for local development'.
In his lecture Professor Helmsing examined processes through which global value chains interact with the local territory and produce context-specific developmental outcomes.
