Dr. Nathanael Ali, staff member at the International and European Union Law at ESL, has been named this year's recipient of the prestigious Niels Stensen Fellowship.
The fellowship is awarded every year to 7 scientists selected from out of all scientific disciplines in the Netherlands. It is given to outstanding researchers that have active involvement with society. With the fellowship, Dr. Ali is able to accept an invitation he received from University of California Berkeley Law School to serve as a visiting research faculty. Dr. Ali will be based at Berkeley for the year 2017. Dr. Ali is currently a visiting scholar at Queen Mary University of London, UK.
