On Friday 7 March 2014 Ivan Lyubimov will defend his PhD thesis entitled 'Essays on Political Economy and Economic Development'. Supervisor is Professor Giovanni Facchini  and co-supervisor is dr. Benoit Crutzen (both of Erasmus School of Economics). Other members of the Doctoral Committee are Professor Otto Swank, Professor Jean-Marie Viaene (both of Erasmus School of Economics), Professor Benjamin Zissimos (University of Exeter Business School).
Time and location
The PhD defence will take place in the Senate Hall of Erasmus University Rotterdam (Campus Woudestein)Â and will start at 11.30 hrs.

Ivan Lyubimov conducted his doctoral research at the Tinbergen Institute. The Tinbergen Institute is a joint research institute of Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Amsterdam and Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of VU University Amsterdam.
