As a staff member, you must create a student ERNA account, as your staff ERNA cannot be used in the webshop. Once you have created a student ERNA account, you can use it again in the future for registrations via the webshop. We recommend watching the instructional video on how to register: Frequently Asked Questions | Erasmus University Rotterdam

Dutch

Employees who make use of The Expat Rule (formerly the 30% Rule) are currently unable to receive reimbursement for a Dutch course through the university. Because it is not visible to the LTC who receives this scheme, registration works as follows for the time being:

You register for a course yourself via our webshop and pay for it directly there. If your department allows this, you can then easily claim the course fee from them.

Other languages

In some cases, an EUR employee can use his/her Personal Career Budget (PCB) to fund a language course.

Fill out the application form here.

You register for the course yourself via our webshop and select the option where you pay €2,50. If the course is reimbursed by your PCB, the LTC will settle the course fee internally. If the course is not reimbursed by your PCB, please send us an email at ltc@eur.nl and we will send you a payment link.

Do you have any questions?

Good to know: you can cancel your registration free of charge until the deadline. After the deadline, refunds are no longer possible.
