Biography

George Hendrikse is a professor of the Economics of Organisations at the Department of Organisation and Personnel Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). His teaching and research addresses the organization of enterprises. Important themes are the ownership of enterprise (with an emphasis on cooperatives), organizational design, governance, collective decision making, delegation, remuneration schemes, selection, coordination, and cognition. Game theory serves as the main tool of analysis.
