Biography
I work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the field of volunteering and civil society at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Study topics include why volunteers quit their volunteering, how motivations to volunteer change over time, how civic omnivores can be defined and whether volunteers experience a shrinking civic space in contested fields.
