Het meten en verbeteren van team effectiviteit binnen de jeugdzorg. Een instrument in de vorm van een vragenlijst ontwikkelen om team effectiviteit te meten. Vervolgens de effectiviteit verbeteren door interventies op verbeterpunten in te zetten.
