Renee Scheepers is Assistant Professor at the section Socio-Medical Sciences of the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management. She obtained Master degrees in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Social Science at the University of Utrecht, and a PhD in Medical Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. She is specialized in research on the effects of working conditions and physician well-being on patient care quality. She led two multi-center research projects on (1) patient care experience and (2) a well-being program for physicians. In addition, Renee teaches Quality of Care, Socio-Medical Sciences, and Patient-Centered Care Delivery in the Bachelor, Pre-Master, and Master program of Health Sciences.
