On request of DP World, Dubai based global terminal operating company, Erasmus UPT, in cooperation with RSM Executive and MEL Centre, will develop and execute a transformational program that helps develop the next generation of DP World Business Leaders. The Erasmus development team will create a customized program that is aligned with the business needs and priorities of DP World. That means that the team designs a high-level, challenging business-oriented programme aimed at improving leadership skills and in depth knowledge in all aspects of global trade and maritime transport. This program should contain several runs of one-and-a-half year with intensive on-site course modules – in Rotterdam the first - combined with strategic learning projects along the way. This program clearly represents the strength of Rotterdam as Maritime Capital and the strength of the Erasmus University, ranking high in business oriented education and research.
