Erasmus Digitalisation & Information Services (EDIS) is the IT department of Erasmus University Rotterdam. This includes the departments Agile working, Architecture, Development, IT Service Desk and Privacy & Development. Together they ensure that all technological processes of the university, from cybersecurity to online exams, run smoothly.

Agile working

University issues are often complex, prioritisation is complicated and portfolio management is a real challenge. "Agile" methodologies offer support in this.

Architecture

The employees working in the team Architecture, manage all systems, integrations and applications used within EUR.

Development

The Development team develops applications that are used in education and research. The focus is on digitalisation and improving processes through data.

IT Service Desk

If you work at the IT Servicedesk, you will help employees and students with all kinds of IT issues, such as login problems, poor connection or hardware replacement.

Privacy & Security

Employees of the Privacy & Security team ensure that your personal data is protected and create a safe digital working environment.
