Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) believes it is very important that staff and students can function in a pleasant and stimulating work and study atmosphere. Sometimes this involves sexual harassment, other times bullying or discrimination, sometimes also physical aggression.
A formal complaint can be handled by the administrator of the organizational unit where the complainant works or studies or by the Undesirable Behavior Committee established by the Executive Board. The complainant can express a preference for treatment. The Executive Board ultimately decides on the method of handling, but will in principle honor the complainant's preference.
