Undesirable behavior

Current facets (Pre-Master)

The Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) considers it to be very important that staff and students are able to do their work in a pleasant and stimulating work and study environment. Nevertheless, an employee or a student may feel that he or she is not being treated with sufficient respect within the EUR. Occasionally, this may involve sexual harassment, in other cases it could be bullying or discrimination, in some cases it could also involve physical aggression.

Staff will find information about the EUR policy on the staff website

EUR has appointed two confidential counsellors, one for students and one for employees. They serve as the contact person for anyone who has been confronted with unwanted behaviour or unequal treatment in their study or work environment.
