Enactus EUR is the only on-campus incubator where you can join a team of students managing an impact startup and find profitable ways to solve the world's biggest issues. We have 7 active ventures that are tackling social, environmental and technological problems in Rotterdam, as well as 3 committees committed to supporting the community: marketing, events and Startup Lab. At Enactus EUR we know how to take an idea and turn it into a business that is profitable because of the societal impact it generates. Are you our next founder? Enactus students are entrepreneurial and value-driven social innovators. In Rotterdam we solve local social challenges like reducing elderly loneliness, upcycling textile waste, and empowering refugees. At Enactus EUR, we give students the freedom to run a social start-up, while giving the tools necessary to learn how to combine business and social impact. Next to running a venture, members follow a social entrepreneurship curriculum to learn the fundamentals of lean startup, impact measurement and design thinking. Moreover, we make room for (Master) students with existing knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and impact to consult our startups as part of the Startup Lab. Students who want to develop their marketing or events management skills and who resonate with our mission to generate more social impact in Rotterdam, can feel at home in our marketing or events committee, respectively.
S4S allows us to offer this curriculum, which provides all the entrepreneurial minds at EUR with the tools to successfully run a social enterprise.
