Requirements








 

  • You have to be registered as a full time student at Erasmus University Rotterdam;
  • You have been selected by your faculty for a study exchange or internship in a country outside the EEA, excluding Turkey;
  • Your study, internship or research abroad has a minimum duration of 3 months and will earn you a minimum of 15 ECTS;
  • You are not eligible for the Holland Scholarship when you go abroad for a year within a double degree or joint degree programme;
  • Your faculty may add extra selection criteria. Check your faculty’s website (see below).

Background information

The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education Culture and Science, as well as Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. This scholarship is meant for students who want to do their study, internship or research outside the European Economic Area (EEA), excluding Turkey.
