Important to know is that student housing in the Netherlands is not arranged for you by the university. This is your own responsibility. We strongly advise you to plan ahead and start looking at least 3 months before arrival. Most of our students find their student home on the private market.
But Erasmus University Rotterdam can offer limited rooms for the exchange Spring Semester 2026-2027.
We offer:
- Around 175 shared rooms at SSH (rental price per month between € 765– €870)
- SSH is one of the largest student housing providers in Rotterdam and offers rooms on and nearby campus. You will have a fully-furnished room but share the bathroom/toilet/kitchen with other students of the same gender. The rooms are located on or nearby campus.
- Fixed rental periods:
- 30 December 2026 – 15 May 2027
- 30 December 2026 – 29 July 2027
- 1 February 2027 – 29 July 2027
The rental periods are fixed and it is not possible to early terminate or extend the contract.
