Abstract

Despite the abundance of research on AI development, there is a deficiency of evidence on applications of AI technologies in clinical practice. The question is no longer whether AI can perform tasks sufficiently, but rather how these tools can be seamlessly embedded into routine medical practice to truly benefit patients and healthcare personnel. Therefore, this study aims to systematically review both the challenges that hinder adoption and the factors that facilitate effective integration of AI technologies into clinical workflows.
