ERIM researchers can benefit from several new and renewed data and content resources. Below you will find an important EDSC announcement, followed by an overview of (newly) available content and data licences.
EDSC Announcement: LSEG StreetEvents & MarketPsych (limited seats)
EDSC has secured a one-year licence (five seats) providing access to:
- LSEG StreetEvents Transcripts: Full earnings call and Q&A transcripts from 2001 onwards, including summaries for Russell 1000 companies.
- LSEG MarketPsych: Curated, granular historical sentiment indicators for 10,000 companies dating back to 1989, with data available at daily, hourly and minute frequency.
This investment builds on the earlier €100K library investment in a text analytics corpus and research platform for business, economics and finance research.
A dedicated information session will be organised in March to provide further guidance. Researchers interested in using these data and joining the session are encouraged to contact edsc@eur.nl as soon as possible. Given the limited licence period, researchers are advised to begin developing papers during the licence year.
Content Resources (2026)
The following content resources are now available:
- Harvard Business Review Press Collection: Harvard’s complete catalogue of e-books. Available for the first time by subscription until 1 November 2026.
- EBSCO Business eBook Collection: A one-year licence providing full-text access to business e-books from leading publishers and university presses. Available until 1 November 2026.
- Portfolio Management Research (PMR) platform: Full licence as of 2026. Includes Journal of Financial Data Science, Journal of Fixed Income, Journal of Impact and ESG Investing, Journal of Portfolio Management, and Journal of Private Markets Investing.
- KnowledgeStore platform from MarketsandMarkets: Covering research on 30,000+ high-growth niche markets and tracking innovations across 12 industry verticals.
Data Resources (2026)
New licenses
- Audit Analytics Europe module: Eight databases covering European listed companies, including Fees, Opinions, Key Audit Matters, Restatements, and more.
- Accounting + Oversight module: Ten databases on SEC registrants, including Accounting Quality Risks Matrix, Critical Audit Matters, Impairments, Cybersecurity, and the new Accounting + Auditing Enforcement Releases database, and more.
In addition, S&P insurance and loans data (SNL) is expected to become available from 1 March as part of a five-seat licence.
Renewals
- CRSP Mutual Funds licence: Including Daily Returns, Front Loads, Fund Dividends, Fund Summary, Monthly Returns, Portfolio Holdings and Rear Loads.
- LSEG FTSE Russell: Including holdings, returns and sector weights.
- S&P Credit Ratings: Including security-, entity- and instrument ratings and assessments.
