Researching the legal aspects of sustainable business

In the Law & Sustainable Business research group, legal academics with expertise on corporate responsibility and sustainability have joined forces. The research group is part of the Law & Business department of Erasmus School of Law (Erasmus University Rotterdam). Its focus is on the role that private law plays in the transition to social, economic and environmental sustainability on a global scale. The group collaborates both nationally and internationally with policymakers, civil society, industry, legal practice and academics.
