The well-known art fair "Art Rotterdam" is held every year. This year from 27-29 March in Ahoy. Art Rotterdam is known for its experiential character, with various carefully curated sections under one roof: from (video) art, performances, and sculptures to large-scale installations.
Art Rotterdam is being expanded with Unseen Photo, which adds a compact, carefully curated selection of contemporary photography. Students of Erasmus University Rotterdam can visit Art Rotterdam on Friday, March 27, between 11:00 - 19:00 and pay € 5,- instead of € 22.50 for an entrance ticket.
If that day doesn’t suit you, you can buy yourself a student discount card for €14.50 via www.artrotterdam.com.
See the latest works of art or art that you can't see otherwise because they are with private collectors, mingle with the art buyers and maybe.... you might even buy a work yourself.
But looking around is already a lot of fun too!
