Painting a Shoe: Exploring Shape, Colour and Composition
Turn an everyday object into art
In this guided workshop, you will discover how to transform an everyday object into a painting. You will first draw a shoe and then build it up step by step using acrylic paint on a painting panel. By observing shape, colour and light, you will learn how to create depth, mix colours, and develop a strong composition. Bring your own shoe or choose one from our collection.
We bring the painting material.
Teacher: Jolanda Linssen, visual artist and art teacher specializing in drawing, painting, and printmaking techniques.
