Ready to break barriers? Join us at Erasmus Sustainability Days (ESDs) from the 4 to 7 March 2019. Our goal is to inspire students to become familiar with sustainability, and to empower them to be part of our changing world. During the 4 day event, students can sign up for various events including market fairs, workshops, business cases, roundtable discussions, speeches, movie screenings and vegan cooking workshops.
The ESDs aim to raise awareness on the topic by bringing together many different actors and stakeholders to create favorable conditions enhancing exchange and discussion. This year's edition, "breaking barriers" will focus on making students critically think about every possible barrier - material, social, practical - of their everyday life that stands between them and positive chance.
The ESDs will show how it is possible to break these barriers in the most creative way. Each day has a theme. While the first day will be focused on a market fair regrouping many sustainability oriented companies and associations, the following days will be more specifically focused on the three pillars of sustainable development: environmental, social and economical.
In addition, special activities will be organised, such as a tour of Blue City, a sustainable art night, a sustainable fashion show, and an after party!
