Developmental processes require the intricate regulation of gene expression by TF networks. Identifying such networks and understanding the structural organization of chromatin will provide a better grasp of how particular developmental processes occur. The research presented in this thesis aims to aid in the decoding of the role of genome architecture and TF networks that regulate the developmental hematopoiesis.
