Due to budget constraints we had to cancel two of our databases: CSMAR and Insider Filing Data Feed.
After consultation within our Datateam and the EDSC Advisory Board we prioritized those two databases for cancellation. We looked at price increase, usage, relevance and impact among others to make that decision. If you need this data for your research, teaching, thesis or assignments, you still have a couple of months to download it. The Insider Filling Data Feed will be available until February 2024 and CSMAR until July 2024.
The library budget for content has grown between 2 and 4 percent last years and inflation is way above that. Also the exchange euro dollar and eur uk pound have been bad last years. So unfortunately we have to do cutbacks to stay within our budget.
