Below is a top 5 of your feedback on the facilities and services of the University Library about which you are satisfied and dissatisfied. In addition, an explanation of what you can expect from us.

Of course it is very nice to read what you are satisfied with and to know what you think is not going well. We would like to inform you that there is a working group to follow up points for improvement. There are regular discussions with EUR Facilities about cleaning the toilets and the replacement of the chairs also has our attention.

We understand your wish regarding extended opening hours during the weekend. We are discussing this, but this is an item for the long haul. This is because several parties are involved.

Action points Library survey 2023

We do not want to tackle the points for improvement for the University Library alone. There is already the 'Digital Solution Box' where you can send us solutions for issues at the University Library. Of course, these can be solutions related to topics from the library survey. There are posters in various places in the library with a QR code that refers to this Solution Box. Let us know!

We will also work with focus groups. We have received 108 registrations for this, a number that we are very happy with! These students have all received a thank you email explaining that we will get back to them as soon as possible with further information.
