Our most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey already showed that, in general, you are quite satisfied with the University Library and the services we offer: a friendly image, helpful staff, the large number of resources you can consult and the pleasant atmosphere and study facilities. The reservation system also got good ratings, although each system has its drawbacks.
