People, Organisations & Change

For organisations to have a competitive edge and to encourage more creative input by employees, the MSc in People, Organisations & Change from Rotterdam School of Management,ErasmusUniversityincludes the latest concepts in an internationally-oriented programme, taught by respected international faculty. This master examines what makes people more efficient, effective, creative and community-oriented and integrates empirical research, theory and practice into  strategy. Education objectives

You will

  • learn to solve business-related people problems within organisations;
  • learn to understand the psychological, sociological and economic factors that influence people;
  • develop strategic policies;
  • develop in-depth understanding of advanced people and change management practices e.g. training, reward systems and management development;

and gain an MSc in People, Organisations & Change.

Mode of education

In addition to lectures, you will work in small groups on business cases and assignments. Many of the exercises are carried out in teams. Skills training, presentations, visiting lecturers and practitioners are all part of the curriculum. In order to graduate you will be trained in analytical and research skills and must write an individual thesis on a topic of your choice.
