Through our conversations with EUR civic and participatory research projects, we've identified key gaps between the practical needs of engagement and our current infrastructure and academic capacity.
These challenges span methodological complexities – like navigating collaborative dynamics and traditional research hierarchies – to structural issues demanding transformative adaptation and new forms of university recognition.
