Iwona Tekielak

After my graduation from the Academy of Economics in Katowice, Poland, I decided to continue my studies in the International Bachelor Economics & Business Economics (IBEB) programme at the Erasmus School of Economics. The programme offers a broad range of different courses in the area of economics and business. Besides a theoretical part there is a strong emphasis on the acquisition of much needed practical skills. The outstanding facilities at Erasmus University Rotterdam attract many foreign students. This creates great opportunities to meet people from all over the world and to better understand cultural differences. It is not always easy to leave everything behind in order to move to another country for study purposes. However, the last few months have been such an experience, that I would definitely advise everyone to study at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
