With her background in interdisciplinary approaches and interest in transformative change, Naomi is particularly involved in supporting DIT's core domain of Transformative Research.

Research Assistant

Naomi recently graduated from Wageningen University & Research with an MSc in Environmental Sciences, specializing in environmental policy. Her research interests lie in the transformative potential of social innovations in the energy transition, and the complexities of phasing out fossil fuels.

With her background in interdisciplinary approaches and interest in transformative change, she is particularly involved in DIT's core domain of Transformative Research. Naomi supports research activities around doing and understanding transformative research. She is also involved in the development of a peer-learning community around action-oriented research, for example by organizing a study group. Naomi thus plays a supporting role in promoting opportunities for transformative research at EUR.

In her free time, Naomi enjoys working on dog behaviour, and tracking with her husky. She is also passionate about hiking, gardening, wine tasting and philosophy.
