At the request of the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) the Language & Training Centre (LTC) organises the course Academic Writing writing for their students in the period October-December 2026. The course consists of five two and a half hour sessions and is taught at campus Woudestein. The topics covered are:
- excellent organisation and coherence at text level;
- writing good paragraphs;
- writing correct English at sentence level (including grammar, style and vocabulary);
- developing the most efficient writing process.
This course includes three writing tasks that will be reviewed by the teacher. The maximum number of students is 14.
