Learning Dutch as an EUR employee

Information about payment and reimbursement
Language & Training Centre - Cover Photo (2017)

Employees who make use of the 30 percent ruling are currently not eligible for reimbursement for a Dutch course offered by the university. Since the LTC cannot see who receives this ruling, the registration process currently works as follows:

You register for a course yourself via our webshop and pay for it directly there. If your department allows it, you can then easily claim the course fee from them.

As an employee, you need to create a student ERNA account, because your employee ERNA cannot be used in the webshop. Once you have created a student ERNA account, you can use it again for future registrations via the webshop.

Good to know: you can cancel your registration free of charge until the deadline. After the deadline, refunds are no longer possible.
