For 2020, publisher Emerald makes 57 vouchers available for "free" open access publishing in its journals. Last year 55 vouchers were available. The offer was put to good use: as of November 8, all 55 vouchers were issued.
The policy of the Erasmus University is that all scholarly publications have to be made available in Open Access. To encourage researchers to publish in Open Access, agreements have been made with various publishers in a VSNU context. Hereby up to 100% discount is given on the article publication costs. These agreements can be found in the Erasmus Journal Browser.Â
