The DLWO Education Portal and LMS projects officially started this week. Work carried out by the various teams is already under way, but this week represented the first real start of the new project staff. The launch was marked by an active Kick-Off meeting on 23 March with all project employees involved.
The purpose of this meeting was to get personally acquainted with each other and learn about each other’s roles in the project. This will make it easier for the various actors to find each other in the future. We also looked at the project’s strengths and points that needed to be addressed. In addition to this being a pleasant meeting, many points also emerged that the project team will certainly include in the follow-up work on the project. Another result of the meeting was that we decided this was definitely something we should do more often!
