Martin de Jong - Scientific Director
Besides being a full professor at the Erasmus School of Law and the Rotterdam School of Management, Martin de Jong is the scientific director of the Dynamics of Inclusive Prosperity Initiative. In this role, he is responsible for the academic direction and long term continuity of the initiative.

Roel van den Berg - Business Director
Roel van den Berg coordinates the administrative processes of the initiative, in particular those related to its financial and legal aspects. He is strongly involved in its external relations strategy and in the approach to create societal impact in collaboration with other parties. He holds a similar position in the Erasmus Initiative “Smarter Choices for Better Health”.

Anne Hofmann - Operations Manager
Since November 2021 Anne Hofmann is responsible for the operational and organizational aspects of the initiative.
