If you have an EU disabled parking card, you can park for free on campus. Disabled parking spaces are available in the Plaza and Mandeville parking garages and on the grounds at Collegelaan, Sportlaan, and Thomas Morelaan. The spaces are located as close as possible to the buildings.
For visitors
Drive in: When entering the Woudestein campus, you have to report that you have an EU parking card at the barrier via the intercom at Campus Security / Parking Administration. If you are unable to make contact via the intercom, you can press the button to take a ticket out of the terminal or call Parking Administration via phone number 010-408 10 33. Please note: the terminal at the barrier of the logistics entrance (Burgemeester Oudlaan 50 near the Erasmus Building) does not issue a parking ticket.
Parking: The EU parking card must be placed in plain sight in the car.
Driving out: When leaving the campus, you must report at the barrier via the intercom at the campus Security/Parking Administration that you have an EU parking card. Then the barrier will be opened for you. If you have taken a parking ticket at the beginning of your visit, you don’t have to enter the ticket into the exit terminal or head to a ticket machine.
For employees and students
We offer facilities for employees and students with a (temporary) reduced mobility who do not have an EU disabled parking card. More information about parking for disabled students and staffOpens external.
