In this workshop, you’ll learn how to tailor your CV to the job and organization you’re applying for. It will help you critically assess your own experience and create a CV that not only highlights your strengths but also directly aligns with what the employer is looking for. Leave with practical tips and a CV that stands out!
Topics covered
- How to determine what’s relevant: What does the employer want to see, and how can you address that effectively?
- What information to use: Where can you find the right information about the role and organization, and how can you incorporate it into your CV?
- How to structure your CV: Which sections are essential, what can be left out, and how can you ensure a clear, logical layout?
- How to align your experience with the role: Learn how to describe your skills, knowledge, and responsibilities so they match the job requirements and the organization’s needs.
