International Alumni Network

Students walk bikes around town.

Welcome to our International Alumni Network! As part of our global university community, we are excited to offer a dedicated space for our alumni who have ventured beyond The Netherlands to connect, engage, and grow with each other, no matter where in the world you’ve landed. Our growing network of international alumni chapters is here to keep you linked not only to your alma mater but also to fellow graduates in your region.

Discover Local Chapters

Whether you’ve relocated to bustling cities or tranquil towns, there’s a good chance an alumni chapter isn’t far away. On this page, you can find detailed information about the chapters located in various cities and countries around the globe and how to get in touch with them. Each chapter has dedicated contacts to help you get started and answer any questions you may have. These representatives are your go-to resource for understanding chapter activities, benefits, and how you can make the most out of your alumni network in your new locale. Welcome back – we can’t wait to (re)connect with you!

The Indonesia Alumni Chapter

The Indonesia Alumni Chapter brings together EUR graduates, with a strong presence in Jakarta. Our chapter fosters meaningful connections through a mix of social, professional, and purpose-driven activities.

We regularly organise community gatherings such as breakfasting events during the fasting month, as well as outdoor and sports activities including jogging, trekking, and upcoming padel sessions. We also place strong emphasis on social impact through mentorship programs—connecting senior EUR alumni with junior alumni, fresh graduates, and the wider public.

While many in-person events are Jakarta-based, we are expanding our reach through online initiatives, particularly virtual mentoring, to engage and connect alumni across Indonesia. We welcome alumni to participate, contribute, and help shape a supportive and impactful EUR alumni community. Get started by looking for alumni living in Indonesia via LinkedIn or contact us to get invited to the Indonesian WhatsApp Group.

Japan Alumni Chapter

Our Japanese Alumni Chapter has been active for several years and recently, we merged the Erasmus and Rotterdam School of Management chapters to build a stronger and more dynamic community.

We are proud to connect graduates from various faculties and graduation years, and we also include members from various Dutch institutions. We aim to foster a spirit of connection and belonging through regular social gatherings, at least twice a year, where we celebrate diversity and our shared experiences at Erasmus and RSM.

All our events feature a lecture or a business case, a meet-and-greet to build some connections, and pizza, because networking is always better with pizza. We invite you to join us and help us build a stronger alumni network. Start by connecting with your fellow alumni living in Japan on our LinkedIn Group and please feel free to suggest a topic or raise your hand to volunteer to give a lecture: we welcome energy and enthusiasm.
