Struggling to study effectively or take adequate rest because you keep postponing learning? Wondering how to break the cycle of study-avoidant behavior and improve your habits?
This workshop and training guide you through understanding the background of dysfunctional studying patterns and the factors that sustain them. In the introductory workshop, you’ll explore why you avoid studying and reflect on your own habits, then decide whether to continue with the full four-session training. The training focuses on practicing realistic weekly schedules, reflecting on behavior in a solution-focused way, and applying these strategies in daily life to enhance study efficiency and balance.
