Congress: Advances in Happiness Economics

EHERO (Erasmus Happiness Economics Research Organisation) organized a congress titled: 'Advances in Happiness Economics' on 28th and 29th October, 2013. Attendance was open and free for students, scientific staff and the business community.

The congress was organized by EHERO. With its first symposium in June 2012 EHERO introduced itself as a new research center whereby the Erasmus University Rotterdam announced that it would engage in research about Happiness & Economics.

During the upcoming congress EHERO offered developments in happiness research from three different perspectives: Economics, Philosophy and Health Economics. Lecturers of internationally renowned universities presented their latest research findings during the congress. We will start on Monday with a plenary session while the remainder of Monday and Tuesday will be filled with workshops organized by prof. dr. Ruut Veenhoven, prof. dr. Robert Dur and prof. dr.
